Window and door companies.
Every new lead answered in seconds and booked for a quote visit, even when you're up a ladder.
An AI assistant replies to every new lead in your company's name, asks the questions you'd ask, and books the quote visit. You turn up, measure and quote the job.
Illustration of a chat. A homeowner asks about replacing misted windows and a sticking front door. The assistant replies in seconds, asks two questions and books a quote visit for tomorrow at 9:00 AM.
Leads don't wait for you to get off the job.
- You can't reply from up a ladder.
- They fill in your form at 9 PM or in the middle of the morning. By the time you call back, they've often heard from someone else.
- Nobody has time to follow up.
- A lead that goes quiet needs a second message and a third. In a busy week that's the first thing to slip.
- Some visits were never worth the drive.
- A tenant, a job outside your area, a product you don't fit.
What happens to a new lead.
It asks your questions.
You tell us what you'd ask on the phone: what they need, whether they own the home, where the property is. The assistant asks in plain conversation and writes the answers down. Jobs you don't take get a polite no, and you see the details either way.
Illustration of the answers recorded for one lead: what they need, whether they own the home, where the property is, and the result. Name: Dan Whitfield. What do you need? New front door and three upstairs windows replaced. Do you own the home? Yes, owner. Where's the property? 12 miles out, inside your area. Result: Worth a visit. Times offered.
It books the quote visit, and moves it if plans change.
It reads the open times on your calendar, offers a couple in the conversation and books the one they pick. There's no booking link for them to ignore. If they go quiet, it follows up. If they need a different day, it finds one instead of leaving a gap in your week.

Questions
Does it pretend to be a person?
No. It introduces itself as your company's assistant, keeps messages short and plain, and hands the conversation to you when someone asks for a person.
What if it says something wrong?
It only works from what you give it: your services, your area, your questions and your calendar. It doesn't give advice on products or quote prices. Anything outside that gets passed to you, and you can read every conversation.
Do you sell leads?
No. It works the leads you already get from your website and your ads. We don't sell your leads or share them with other installers. The people it messages need to have agreed to be contacted that way, and we check that with you during setup.
Does it work with my calendar?
It books into your own calendar. Tell us which one you use and we'll tell you straight whether it connects.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many leads you get and what it has to connect to. You get a fixed price in writing after the call, before any work starts.
See it handle a lead like yours.
Pick a time for a 15 minute call. We'll walk you through a conversation from first message to booked quote visit, using the questions you ask your own leads. There's nothing to sign on the call.

I'm Ethan. I'll set up your system myself, and I'm who you'll talk to.
